Dennington Cleaning Services was established in 2006 by Mark Dennington, with a view to providing a high level cleaning service to the commercial market.
By 2008 the contract base was growing and the company moved onto a higher level dealing with larger companies and continuing its high level of service and attention to detail. D.C.S. became approved contractors to Michael Jones and Jacobs Steel Letting and Estate Agents and secured work with large pub, restaurant and hotel organizations such as Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail and Punch taverns. They also gained several office cleaning contracts locally proving to be responsible key holders, trustworthy and reliable. Vale Management, M and S Developments and Perth Securities LTD were added to the portfolio with these companies using D.C.S to maintain their freehold properties and complete end of tenancy and builders cleans. Local building companies have also used their services and the feedback has always been excellent.
In 2009 the company continued in its steady growth, maintaining and keeping all its existing contracts and building on this through reputation and high standards. D.C.S secured the sparkle and builders clean at a major development of 7 luxury apartments in Goring-By-Sea for Astins Developments LTD and with the Penthouse on the market for just under £1,000,000 the standards and finish were exceptional, by delivering to this standard the company also secured the maintenance contract.
By 2011 D.C.S added Caffyns Volkswagen, Extend UK LTD and Johnsons construction PLC to its growing list of clients. Extend signed them up to complete builders and sparkle cleans on all their conversions and extensions and Johnsons Construction approved them to their South East contractors list after completing work at retail group TESCO.
